Can Giving Back Make You Healthier? Yes It Can!
A 2013 review of 40 international studies suggests that volunteering can add years to your life; with some evidence pointing to a 22 percent [...]
We facilitate seminars on Health, Relationships, Education & Literacy. We constantly hold Book & Clothing Drives and tackle issues of Homelessness, Domestic Violence & Prison Initiatives.
Do you feel the desire to give back to those in need? Want to help children have brighter futures and a healthy and happy life? We are open to your creative ideas and will assist you in making your volunteering a successful and memorable experience.
We distribute an average of over $40,000 of funds and donations to the less fortunate per year. We have performed over 450,000 hours of community service and Need You to Continue the Cause.
Make a positive impact on our communities by providing underprivileged children and their families with resources for combating illiteracy, abuse, hunger and homelessness. Our objective is to promote wellness in our communities physically, emotionally and spiritually for disenfranchised families and their children.
The Book Bank Foundation’s “Shelter from the Streets” campaign seeks to provide new clothing, medication, shoes, books and words of inspiration for the less fortunate throughout the streets of New York City, Atlanta, Ohio, Louisiana & Mississippi. Annually we go through the five boroughs, into shelters, into train stations, under bridges and bus stations to serve the underserved. Each year we collect donations of new products for the homeless, for children as well as those who have been subject to domestic violence.

The Book Bank Foundation is truly a monumental organization and the work they do is invaluable. There is a need for efforts on behalf of the homeless and literacy programs and the BBF is there to do the necessary work for those who need it most. This is to be commended, as are those who have been working to ensure that the foundation continues to make a difference in the community.
